This User Agreement outlines the mutual understanding between you ("User" or "Star") and Star Meetup regarding the use of our platform, services, and related products.

1. Platform Overview

Star Meetup is a digital platform that enables one-on-one video interactions between public personalities ("Stars") and users ("Fans" or "Users"). The platform handles registration, scheduling, payments, and live video calls.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and verification processes.
• Maintain respectful behavior during all interactions with stars and platform representatives.
• Do not harass, threaten, defame, or abuse stars, staff, or other users.
• Do not attempt to solicit personal contact, off-platform communication, or off-platform payments.
• Do not record, share, or redistribute any session or content without explicit consent from both Star Meetup and the star.
• Comply with all platform rules, safety guidelines, and the Terms & Conditions.

3. Star Responsibilities

• Appear on time and remain available for all confirmed sessions.
• Maintain a professional, polite, and positive attitude during user interactions.
• Ensure a suitable video environment with stable connectivity and proper lighting.
• Report any user misconduct or safety issues promptly through official support channels.
• Do not promote third-party platforms, solicit off-platform contact, or share personal contact details.
• Understand and accept that booking prices shown to users may differ based on platform algorithms and promotions.

4. Platform Rights & Controls

• Star Meetup reserves the right to determine the final price shown to users for each booking.
• We may adjust, hide, or feature stars based on engagement, rating, and platform standards.
• Sessions may be monitored or recorded in part for safety, quality, and training purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations.
• We may send important platform updates, security alerts, or promotional offers via email, SMS, or in-app notifications.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

• All trademarks, branding, session formats, and platform-generated content remain the intellectual property of Star Meetup.
• Users and stars may not reuse, reproduce, or publicly display content recorded or created through the platform without permission.
• By participating in sessions, users and stars agree that anonymized session metadata may be used to improve platform quality and performance.

6. Payments and Refunds

• Users must complete payments to confirm a session.
• Refunds may be processed only if cancellation occurs within eligible timeframes or if technical failure is verified by the platform.
• Stars will receive payouts as per the platform’s payout cycle and share agreement, subject to verification.
• All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways, and the platform does not store card details.

7. Reporting & Disputes

• Both users and stars can report violations via our in-app reporting tools or email.
• Disputes will be reviewed by our moderation team and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
• In case of unresolved issues, the dispute may proceed under applicable Indian jurisdiction in Mumbai.

8. Privacy and Data

All personal data will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may review, modify, or request deletion of your data at any time.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not use the platform for illegal activities, hate speech, explicit content, or any other prohibited actions.
• We may restrict or remove content or users that violate our values or put others at risk.

10. Termination & Suspension

• Accounts may be terminated for breach of agreement, legal violations, or repeated complaints.
• Stars removed for misconduct may forfeit earnings.
• We are not obligated to offer reinstatement or explanation beyond final moderation decisions.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. All disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Agreement Acceptance

By using Star Meetup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. Continued use constitutes binding acceptance.
