Welcome to Star Meetup. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Star") and Star Meetup ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Star Meetup services, you agree to these Terms fully and unconditionally.

1. Eligibility

Users and Stars must be at least 18 years of age or have verified consent from a legal guardian. Star Meetup reserves the right to refuse access to anyone at any time for any reason deemed appropriate.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account. Sharing login details is prohibited.

3. Booking, Pricing, and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance and paid using the platform's secure payment gateway.
• Prices shown to users are determined solely by Star Meetup based on internal parameters including demand, popularity, availability, or promotions. These may differ from the star's own rate card.
• Stars acknowledge and agree that Star Meetup may adjust their displayed booking fee dynamically. Final payment to the Star will follow the pre-agreed platform share model.
• Users agree to the displayed price and understand it may not reflect the star's base rate.
• All fees are non-refundable unless governed by our Refund Policy. Cancellations must be requested within permitted timeframes to qualify for partial or full refunds.

4. Star Obligations

• Stars must appear on time for all confirmed bookings and deliver a respectful, engaging, and safe experience.
• Stars must not request or encourage off-platform communication or payment.
• Stars agree not to promote competing platforms or personal services within the session.
• Star Meetup reserves the right to feature, promote, de-list, or adjust the availability of a star at its sole discretion.
• All call interactions are monitored to ensure compliance with platform standards.

5. User Obligations

• Users must maintain respectful behavior during all interactions with stars and platform staff.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive language is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Users may not record, distribute, or republish session content without express written permission from Star Meetup and the involved star.

6. Platform Rights and Safety

• We may record, monitor, and audit interactions for safety, compliance, and support purposes.
• We reserve the right to terminate any session or account if behavior violates our policies, with or without notice.
• The platform shall not be held liable for user or star behavior during live calls. However, we take proactive safety measures including live moderation and reporting mechanisms.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand materials, scripts, designs, and platform content are the exclusive property of Star Meetup. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Legal Limitations

• Use of the platform is at your sole risk.
• We are not liable for damages arising from failed or incomplete sessions, delays, or interruptions.
• All interactions must comply with Indian IT Laws and other applicable international regulations.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Star Meetup and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts, under Indian law.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
