1. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time by:

• Including your full name and registered phone number in the request.
• Using the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

Once we verify your identity, we will begin processing your deletion request.

• Messages, ratings, and feedback

4. Processing Time

Your account will be deleted within 30 days of confirmation, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
